The Parish has the Honour of having two patrons: The Blessed Virgin Mary and St John the Apostle.

The Virgin Mary had been chosen to be the mother of the Saviour and she agreed to God’s plan for her life.

She becomes a role model for all people, regardless of age or position in life.

After Pentecost St John went to Ephesus to spread the message of the Gospel and the Virgin Mary went with him.

There they both lived out the remainder of their lives.

We celebrate the Feast of St John (27th December) as our parish Feast Day.
